Chopped: A challenge to chefs on ingenuity, presentation, and taste on three mystery ingredients.
Entry Must include -
1. A protein (This can be as strange as you want. But, as long as i can find it somewhere.)
2. Two other ingredients.
3. Identity of Course preparation. i.e: Appetizer, Entree, or dessert.
Cooking will be on Monday so have your ideas in by Friday!

Actually can I change that? Any fresh herb from the garden, it does not have to be flat leaf parsley.
ReplyDeleteRosemary, thyme, flat leaf parsley, sage and spearmint are all ready.
Ground bison, mozzerella balls, crushed tomatoes, prepared pesto.
ReplyDeleteAppetizer or Entree in 45 minutes.
